Getting an Investment Loan

Initial Consult

We’ll meet, either in person or via an online meeting, to discuss your current financial situation, all your hopes and dreams, and what is most important to you in a Bank or Lender.

Preliminary Assessment

We will then request all of the information required to complete a financial assessment. Think bank statements, payslips etc. We know - this part might trigger bad memories! But we are here to make it as simple as possible.

Review Options

We then review various banks and lenders offers in the market to find the most suitable Investment Loan. And of course reduce your Interest Rate, and any other costs, as much as possible!

Get It Done

We’ll talk you through all the important bits, help you to choose your new Investment Loan, and to complete the formal documentation. Then we’ll hold your hand all the way to settlement and beyond.
